Also, I think that we should all consider how much space we need per person. I figure I need about 200 sq ft (about 10x20) for myself. I am going to e-mail you about some spaces soon. :)

I'm just looking for 100 sq. ft. because of the possibility of a studio in my apt. If we are serious about setting up a shop, I would like to pay to use it even if I don't end up having a space there.
1. Basement or garage to set up as a shop space for the house.

4. 9ft ceilings in which ever space I'm in. Also would be nice in the shop space.

im working in a 8 by 9 foot space right now doing smaller work. I wouldnt mind a bit more space. 10 to 12 square if possible.
a slightly unexpensive monthly contribution. :)
i dont mind a community sink.
